It brings together evidence-informed education and calm recovery techniques in a private, guided experience on your phone.
The app is currently being refined with patient and clinician feedback, and is undergoing ongoing usability testing. It is planned for iOS initially, with Android to follow. You can join the waiting list below to be notified when it becomes available.

Supporting everyday breathlessness
The app is intended for people experiencing everyday breathlessness, those living with long-term respiratory conditions, people with breathing pattern disorders, and anyone recovering from illness where breathlessness is part of daily life. It is especially helpful for those who want to understand their symptoms, learn practical skills, and gradually build confidence in managing episodes.
It is not intended for medical emergencies, nor to replace assessment by a healthcare professional.
